- What power or water hookups do you need?
- Our sauna is wood-fired and does not require electricity. Water is only needed if you plan to use the cold plunge or water-pulling bucket. Or the outside shower.
- How much space do you need to set up?
- A flat, level surface with enough space for our sauna trailer and safe access for delivery and pickup. The area must be accessible by a truck and trailer, with adequate clearance from buildings and other structures.
- Do I need a permit or HOA approval?
- For most private residential rentals, a permit is typically not required. Customers are responsible for checking HOA restrictions and local regulations. Public events or commercial locations may require additional approvals.
- What's the minimum rental, and how do drop-off and pickup work?
- Our minimum rental is one day. We offer delivery and pickup, or customers can pick up the sauna themselves. Delivery within 20 miles is included, with an additional mileage fee beyond that distance. Drop-off and pickup times are arranged in advance.
- What's included?
- Every rental includes our traditional wood-fired mobile sauna and one bundle of firewood. Optional add-ons include a cold plunge, water-pulling bucket, towels, banya venik, and additional firewood.
- What if the weather is bad or I need to cancel?
- Our sauna can be enjoyed in various weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, we will work with you to discuss rescheduling options. Cancellations and refunds are subject to our booking policy.
