Questions and answers

Do I need to book ahead?
Weekends book up quick and need to be done beforehand.
What should I bring?
-Swimsuit, (swimsuit must be worn at all times). -Sandals, if participant is going in the water or stepping outside it is nice to have a pair of sandals for wet or damp feet. Not a requirement but highly recommended. -Sauna Halsa: a Sauna cap that keep the head much cooler at extremely high temperatures.
Is there an age minimum?
16 and up
How long can I stay?
Two different sessions, one is 50 minutes and the other is 75 minutes.
Is there parking?
Parking is free but fills up fast on the weekends.
