About

On the shores of Lake Hebron, at the edge of the Appalachian Trail’s 100-Mile Wilderness, Monson's public sauna offers you rest and healing. Heat up in the sauna, cool off with a dip in the lake (year-round!) We host weekly community sessions and special evenings like full moon women+'s sauna nights. We welcome private groups of up to 12 to book most any time with advanced reservation. What to bring: a towel (or rent one on site), a water bottle, and shoes that can get wet, like sport sandals or Crocs, for the walk to the lake. Bathing suits or towels are good options, and clothing is optional at most sessions. Please come hydrated! Parking is in the cleared area just past the house, off the road.
