Our goal is accessibility, affordability, and simplicity so you can get your sauna and plunge session in whenever you need it. Two locations in Fargo to best serve you!

Our traditional Finnish dry sauna heats between 185-195 degrees with the options for steam. Our cold plunge is 47-49 degrees. Our studio is private and self-serve.
