Simplicity, accessibility, and affordability are our top priorities for our guests. We offer traditional dry or wet sauna and 47-49 degree cold plunge.

- Yes. Guests must pre-book through our website.

- Swimsuit. Towel. Water bottle.

- Swimsuits required.

- 16+. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
- How long can I stay?
- Sauna sessions are 20 min. Sauna + cold plunge sessions are 30 min.
