The XL Barrel is our largest barrel, seating six to eight. It comes in two lengths, 6x7x6 and 6x8x6 (height x depth x width in feet). Add the porch roof package for a covered entry, or keep the standard black metal roof kit. Heat it with a Harvia 8kW KIP (dial or Wi-Fi), Harvia Spirit 9kW Wi-Fi, Huum Wi-Fi heater, the Harvia M3 wood-burning stove, or buy it without a heater. Handcrafted from Sugi cedar in East Idaho with 1 5/8 in solid walls, rated for 175-230F. Currently $1,250 off the regular price. Ships flat-packed by LTL freight nationwide in about 4-5 weeks, or pick up locally in Idaho Falls. Most owners assemble it themselves with the included instructions; professional assembly is available for $1,250. Brand new with a 3-year limited warranty. - Electric heaters need a dedicated 240V circuit sized to the heater (typically 30-50A for 4.5-9kW); have a licensed electrician hook it up. Wood-burning option needs no power.
- How do I get it home?
- Ships nationwide by LTL freight as a flat-packed kit (free to the contiguous US); or local pickup in Idaho Falls, ID with a trailer.
- What does it need to sit on?
- A level, solid base: concrete pad, pavers, compacted gravel, or a sturdy deck rated for the weight.
