How do you quote a project?

We typically have a conversation with the potental client, go over what they want and expectations. Then we'll send a mock-up out until they can clearly see what it is that they're getting. Then we take 50% down to start project and 50% when project is complete and delivered.

What does the customer need to prepare?

Have a general idea of what they're looking for. Heat type, capacity, windows, lights, type of wood, change room, front porch, and anything else they'd like to add.

Which woods do you build with?

Cedar, Aspen, Spruce, thermowood, Basswood, anything out there that would be suitable for sauna.

Montana AirBnB Sauna

This sauna was built in MN and shipped to Montana for an AirBnB setup. This client added a Harvia KIPB 8kW electric heater and we added a rockwall behind it for heat reflection. He went with Tru-tile flooring, clear cedar T&G and benches, and a LED light under the benches.

Lake Johnson Sauna

This particular client went with a knotty cedar interior and western red cedar benches. heated it with a Harvia KIPB 8kW. Tru-Tile flooring and a large bay window to overlook his lake on the property. We also added a wooden cedar door and a custom lake map showing the depths of his lake for added enojyment inside the sauna. We're able to add extra features with our laser engraving machine that most cannot.
